Cloud login doesn't give me the option to save my password


This can occur on some systems (usually Windows XP). A logon error may occur which requires you to re-enter your logon password. Because you have previously saved these credentials you are no longer given the option to re-enter them.


The fix for this is really quiet simple:

  1. Right click your EzyWine Cloud desktop shortcut. This shortcut may be named something else.
  2. Select Edit.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Answer Yes to the confirmation prompt.

Next time you start the desktop shortcut you will be prompted to re-enter your login details. These login details can be found in the Welcome to Ezy Systems Cloud Hosting email or by contacting Ezy Systems support.
