I keep getting disconnected from the cloud server.
Cloud server disconnects me when I leave my workstation and return after an extended period of time.
All cloud servers have the following settings applied when dealing with idle or disconnected sessions.
Active session limit = 16 hrs
Idle session limit = 16 hrs
When session limit is reached or connection is broken = Disconnect from session
End a disconnected session = 5 mins
Your users may be disconnected from their session, which in turn is ended after 5 minutes. In the past this disconnection can occur for the following reasons:
- Internet connection dropout
- Physical network disconnection
- Hardware faults
- Network adapter power saving features
- Screen savers
